"This brand new never occupied gorgeous bespoke 8 storey 4 bedroom residence is the result of the seamless integration of two flats into one during the pre-build phase.

It occupies an ideal north-west corner location overlooking the historic East Circular Quay area from due north, just off Macquarie Street and Bridge Street, with fantastic harbour and city views, including the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the iconic Luna Park at Milson Point.

"The volume of this luxury flat is indescribable, with its extraordinary 7m wide frontage capturing incredible views, a bespoke floor plan showcasing house-like proportions, high ceilings, soaring windows and multiple balconies and terraces.

"Long, wide hallways provide a sense of privacy upon entry, and open-plan living and entertaining spaces allow for luxurious accommodation, including a versatile guest room, media room or home office with a luxury bathroom and optional secondary access. In fact, three of the four bedrooms have their own en-suite".
