The project will see 20 luxury three-bedroom flats built on the last foreshore site at the end of Tennyson Road in Mortlake Point.

Corsa Mortlake has been described as an 'absolute waterfront residential community' on Majors Bay in Sydney Harbour.

Designed by architects SJB in conjunction with developer Made Property and inspired by the Italian Riviera, the project promises the ultimate in waterfront luxury, privacy and exclusivity.

It includes panoramic water views, storage rooms, expansive balconies, secure basement parking and a 23-berth marina for 12-20 metre boats.

Light masonry tones reference the foreshore, with subtle textures and details replicating the natural landscape.

The boardwalk in front of the project will be expanded as part of the Canada Bay Council's Foreshore Access Strategy, which aims to improve and increase access to the Canada Bay foreshore area.

The development's 23-berth marina will initially be available exclusively to homebuyers, with the marina also including a kiosk offering takeaway coffee and food.
