The auction of the Bayview St triplex was held on 27 May through Alexander Phillips and David Tyrrell of PPD Real Estate.
However, only 12 days after it was listed, the sold home was listed on Monday.
The sale price has not been disclosed, but the home was listed with a guide price of $5.575 million.
"With beach and never-before-built-out ocean views at the doorstep, this architect-designed home boasts world-class status in the face of the natural beauty of Bronte Park," the listing price reads.
"Occupying the entire ground floor of a compact collection of just three rooms, this house-like flat has been designed to make the most of its breathtaking outlook, with walls of glass bringing the outdoors in and a huge entertaining deck acting as a seamless extension of the living space.
"Streamlined minimalist interiors that let the views do the talking, the innovative design features two interconnecting pavilions defined by an internal courtyard, a front wing dedicated to living and entertaining and a rear wing with three large bedrooms, including a master suite, opening onto a private terrace."
In 2008, developers Richard Woods and Vikki McFadden spent $3.755 million.
According to PropTrack, the median unit price for the Bronte is $1.56 million, down 1.5 per cent in the last 12 months.
