Josh Ellison of Ellison Zulian Property sold the flat, the first transaction since 1983, when it sold for $78,000.
The flat is located on the ground floor of a mid-1960s block, near Jack Vanney Park, and has been updated.
It covers 83 square metres and comes with a lock-up garage.
The property had been rented out last year for $850 per week.
The 22-year-old recently took on the role of starting centre-back for the Rabbitohs.
