Abstract: Erica Packer, the ex-wife of billionaire James Packer, has transferred her old house in Vaucluse to big sister Joanna and her rheumatologist husband David Hunter.

Parker, who frequently travels between Los Angeles, Aspen and London, retains a 5 per cent interest in the Burrabirra Avenue home. The other 95 per cent interest was transferred in 2019.

But all ownership now goes to her sister and brother-in-law, who have lived in the house in recent years.

The home was recently registered for transfer for $1.

The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house, which covers 487 square metres, was bought in 2006 by one of James Packer's companies for $4.3 million. At the time he was named Australia's richest man.

The money was then transferred to his then girlfriend, and the couple became engaged later that year and married in 2007.

She was his second wife.

They separated just a few months after moving into La Mer, a $70 million mansion in Vaucluse, in 2013 and have been raising their children together ever since.

The Gonnetta-born former singer and model has three children. The James family recently spent time at the $72 million Barangaroo Crown Apartments in Sydney.
