Sam Schumann of Raine and Horne Unlimited has given a guide price of $34 million based on the sale of nearby Bomera to billionaire steel miner Sanjeev Gupta in 2019 for $34 million.

Schumann has set a date of April 4 for the auction of the 1,900 square metre property above Garden Island. It was one of five naval properties sold by the Ministry of Defence in the area in the late 1990s, including Tresco on the Elizabeth Bay waterfront, for $9 million.
