It has been listed by karate champion-turned-professional poker player Joe Meissner, who was in the news for his Western Sydney A-League proposal in 2009.

The Fairfield Avenue house has been listed for auction on 10 May through Lloyds Real Estate Australia.
The house, which now covers 7,822 square metres, was extended to 520 square metres in the 1880s by Henry McQuade, manager of Her Majesty's Theatre.
"Situated on 1.93 acres of pristine land overlooking the Windsor Golf Course, this house offers an exciting opportunity to enjoy the benefits of restoring an important heritage property while also taking advantage of the commercial opportunities of owning such a beautiful piece of history," the listing reads.
"Set in the picturesque historic town of Windsor, this charming Victorian house is said to be combined with an early Georgian home built by William Cox in 1833 and extended in 1880 by Henry McQuade (manager of the Queen's Theatre in Sydney) in the Victorian floral style.
"This magnificent residence spans two floors and still features sumptuous fittings and furnishings, including marble fireplaces, elaborate plasterwork, a ballroom and entrance porch.
